The Ginger Bites cookies are vanilla bean & almond sugar cookies decorated in royal icing. Each batch is baked fresh with quality ingredients, including real almond extract & imported Mexican vanilla. 

*as my cookies also include eggs, butter & flour, I am unable to accommodate allergy restrictions. 

 

Base pricing is $60 per dozen for cookies approximately 3.25" - 3.75" in size & decorated in 1-2 colors. Each dozen may have up to two designs, unless otherwise specified. Larger cookies or more elaborate designs are subject to a price increase depending on complexity of design & amount of detail work involved. Metallic detail will include an added fee. When filling out a custom order inquiry, please be as specific as possible to ensure an accurate quote. The minimum for all orders is 2 dozen. I do not offer logo or character cookies, though I can create sets with similar colors, patterns, & designs.

The Ginger Bites is based in Lafayette, Louisiana & does not currently ship cookies.

All orders come packaged in a bakery box. You may also choose to have them individually bagged, heat sealed or tied with a bow. Additional packing options are available. I would love to work with you to create fun packaging to display your cookies.

Please allow at least 2 weeks notice for all orders, though I typically book up 3-4 weeks in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all orders. Full payment + a $15 rush fee is required for orders placed less than two weeks in advance. I do not hold spots on my calendar without a deposit/full payment. If I have not heard back from you within 24 hours, the date you are interested in may go to the next inquiry that I receive.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once a deposit is paid, the order is non-refundable/transferable. This allows me to accommodate as many orders as possible, but also give the care & consideration each order requires.

State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Louisiana Department of Health. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean, sanitary conditions.
